9:00-9:50: Make replica plates for ESTM 1and 2 freezing stocks using replicator.
10:00-11:40: Make Col-0 seed stocks (non-sterile, 18 plates).
11:40-12:00: Sort and fix tubes used for plant culturing.
12:30-13:40: Transplant Arabidopsis thailiana from small box to flat soil (two trays).
13:40-14:40: Lab meeting. Presentation about gene diffrentiation between virulance fungi with narrow and broad host ranges from UTM grad student.
14:40-16:00: Harvest seeds (two trays).

9:00-11:00: Make freeze stock for transposon inoculated bacteria.
11:00-12:00: Make ecotype stock (seeds from harvesting; two 96-well plates).
12:35-13:00: Sterilize plates w/ ecotype and seeds from ML1 insertion line by chlorin gas for three and half hours.
13:30-14:50: Wash plant trays.
15:00-16:00: Harvest seeds (one tray).
16:00-16:30: Rinse 96-well plates.
16:30-19:25: Make sterile plant stock from ecotype and ML1 insertion line 1-60.
