15:00-16:45: ESTM retest: inoculation with 2E5/7G10/8B7/10B7 and 524 (control).
16:45-17:50: Restreak bacteria 524/782/783.

9:00-13:35: ESTM 15&16 inoculation exp.
14:10-16:40: ESTM 17&18 inoculation exp.
16:40-17:05: Wash plates.
17:05-17:20: ESTM growth assay recording.
17:20-17:50: Make dilution series of ESTM 14 C7 (non-bleached phenotype) and F8 (control). And plate out aliquots onto petri dish to observe bacteria growth.

9:00-10:30: ESTM 15-18 restreak; Tri-parental mating: Spread bacteria growing on the media prepared yesterday onto eight plates.
10:30-12:30: Transplant ecotype retest seedlings from petri dishes to soil pots.
13:10-15:10: Wash and dry trays.
15:10-16:05: Harvest seeds.

13:30-14:40: Inoculate plants in soil w/ inoculum using syringe.
