9:00-13:35: ESTM 15&16 inoculation exp.
14:10-16:40: ESTM 17&18 inoculation exp.
16:40-17:05: Wash plates.
17:05-17:20: ESTM growth assay recording.
17:20-17:50: Make dilution series of ESTM 14 C7 (non-bleached phenotype) and F8 (control). And plate out aliquots onto petri dish to observe bacteria growth.
