9:00-10:00: Make replica plates for ESTM1 & 2 (fix a few spots).
10:-10:15: Lab meeting (the presenter didnt show up).
10:15-11:45: Make minimum media:
                       KB media (bacteria media): 200 ml ×2, 600 ml×1 (peptone +phosphate +glycerol +agar).
                       Plant media: MS +MES +(agar).
                       Autoclave the liquid solutions prepared.
11:50-12:10: Rinse 96-well plates.
12:35-13:15: Sort tips into tip boxes.
13:15-14:20: Finish making KB and plant media (add 1M MgSO4, antibiotics Kan &ST). Transfer all solutions to petri dishes.
14:20-16:20: Sort tips into tip boxes.
