12:30-14:30: ESTM growth assay set up: Inoculate Col-0 w/ .0002 20G3/26B5/524.
14:30-16:00: Transplant Col-0 (three trays).
16:00-16:45: ESTM growth assay Day-0 set up as described before.
16:45-17:05: Restreak bac. strains for retesting from glycerol stocks.
17:10-18:20: PCR set up for both the plasmid DNA redo and ESTM DNA redo (with lower annealing temp).
18:20-18:40: Rack tips.
